What will you learn in the course?

This course focuses on the next stage of your professional journey. It helps participants gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, values, and motivations, and discover how to maintain long-term energy, fulfilment, and purpose at work. Together, we will explore ways to prevent burnout, strengthen personal and professional resilience, and confidently plan the transition into later career phases. The course supports participants in rediscovering what brings them satisfaction in their work and transforming their experience into inspiration for themselves and others.

What activities will you be working on?

The course combines both individual and group activities. It includes guided self-reflection, group discussions, and peer exchange, along with exercises focused on developing personal resilience and practical tasks to help participants create their own action plan for future career development. Participants work with motivational maps, value cards, and career growth models, enabling them to gain a clearer view of their options and opportunities for the future.
