Why are we doing this?
The Clean Up Dobrá Voda event demonstrates how even small actions can have a significant impact on the environment. We will explore why it is important to care for the places where people live, how to sort waste correctly, and how collective efforts can improve both the appearance and quality of local surroundings. The event also highlights responsible approaches to nature and ways to get involved in similar initiatives within the community.
What activities will we be working on?
Together with neighbours and volunteers, selected areas in Dobrá Voda and its surroundings — parks, forest paths, and public spaces — will be cleaned. Litter will be collected, sorted into designated bags, and then taken to the local recycling centre. The event also includes a short discussion on proper waste sorting, recycling, and ways to reduce waste in everyday life.

The Clean Up Dobrá Voda event takes place every year to mark Earth Day. Local residents, parents, children, and members of the association all take part. After the clean-up, an informal gathering with refreshments usually follows, providing an opportunity to share impressions, ideas, and plans for further improving the local environment. Tools and rubbish bags are provided.
